Hi,

Is there a freehand measurement tool to circle and measure an area and/or volume of interest, e.g. to measure an irregularly sized tumor.

Thanks

No, currently there's only circle (ellipse) ROI for area measurements.

the ellipsoid method for volume measurements has been already been requested.

The polygon ROI measurements should be added in the next beta cycle.

Hi!
Are there any algorithms for skull measurements with possibilities working with big DICOM database and automatically finding points on the skull and automatically measure the distance between that points?

This is something you will not be able to do in RadiAnt. I'm afraid that you need a custom (machine learning?) software to achieve your goal.
