is it possible to implement radiant via gpo?

Are there any scripts or msi installer?

We only have the exe version of the installer
You could use a script that runs RadiAnt installer in silent mode:

It is possible to include license key to the silent installation ? Any arguments ?

No, you cannot pass the serial number to the silent installator.
However, you can perform the activation via cmd line: https://www.radiantviewer.com/dicom-viewer-manual/paid-license.htm (check at the bottom).

Just going to throw this out there hoping "RadiAnt" sees this but people in the industry will strongly persuede their companies to go with another vendor simply because you do not support these very basic and honestly at this point in time standard practicies such as a silent install with activation.
