Hi!

My PET image series is reconstructed with 128*128*287 pixels. But my CT image series is 512*512*287 pixels.
I want to do an image fusion which CT is overlaid with PET. What technique is used during the image fusion process? Is the PET image series resampled to CT image series?

Regards

Basically, yes, PET images are resampled and positioned in such a way that the spatial coordinates of both CT and PET images match.
