License activation on a Citrix server

Hello,

we have purchased 100 user licenses and installed the viewer on a Citrix server.
Now every time a user starts a Citrix remote session the viewer is in evaluation mode und the license key must be entered in order to activate the product.
Also independent from the number of users who have successfully activated the license, I can only see one license activation on your website radiantviewer(dot)com/store/mylicenses/ (registered with the server name of the Citrix server).
Is there any way to activate all the 100 licensed in advance, so that the users do not have to enter the License key the first time they use the RadiAnt Viewer?
Is there any other license model more suitable for a Citrix or terminal server usage?

Hi,

RadiAnt with its current licensing system can work in a terminal server environment, provided that the desktops are persistent. That is, the hardware ID detected by RadiAnt does not change between sessions. Otherwise, it will be hard (or even impossible) for the activations to work as supposed.

Soon we will implement a licensing system designed specifically for terminal server environments. There will be one license server leasing RadiAnt licenses from the purchased pool to connected clients.

he only option to stop this behaviour is to implementi ADFS (proper way) or let the users log in into the same VM every time (a more crappy workaround solution) ... it's a 1:1 connection between user and machine

Is there any update available? We also bought licenses and have the same problem in Citrix environment.

Nothing has changed... You still would need persistent desktops to use RadiAnt in VDI environment.
