I have 2 computers I use for work but only use one at a time, can I use the same license on both computers? Or will I need to buy two? thanks

You get a license for two computers, so there is no problem.

Actually, according to the EULA one license is required for each computer where RadiAnt is installed.

No, you need a separate license for each computer (or terminal) on which RadiAnt DICOM Viewer is installed (or used)."
