Saving Dicoms from Multiple Scanning Sequences

Hi all,

I would like to use RadiAnt to read and export my dicom data. I basically have a big folder with multiple dicoms from different scanning sequence. So contained within one folder, I have a T2 imaging dicoms and then T1 imaging dicoms, and functional imaging dicoms. I use Radiant to see which images belong to which scanning sequence. I basically need to be able to export each of these images into separate folders so that I know which are T2s and which are T1s, etc. When I tried to export all of the dicoms on the preview menu, it simply placed all the dicoms into one folder, and I could no longer tell which dicom belonged to which sequence. I am able to save the way I want to save using Osirix but that is based on Mac and I would like to use something that is Windows based. Is there a way to accomplish this?
