Attach files to cases

I use Radiant a lot for teaching - both showing cases and I've started to look at thew database function to store my teaching collection.
One suggestion is the ability to attach files - eg path reports, the formal report, discussions, journal articles, etc that would help in the use of the case as a teaching tool.
Horos/Osirix currently does this and I think that it would help Radaint immensely as a teaching tool.

You can always encapsulate the pdf reports in dicom, just like some radiology companies do

I would also love to have virtual folders in the database, for sorting and collecting teaching files.
Great Viewer, btw.!
