Unable to add studies to database

Hello,
I have created a RadiAnt database on a USB drive. I've been able to add DICOM studies dragging folders with DICOM files inside the RadiAnt database window, and choosing "copy files".
The problem is that when I disconnect the drive and try to add files another day, they are not added to the database. Curiosly, the folders with the DICOM files are copied inside the database folder, but they don't appear in the database window, so I can't open them. I tried to recreate the DB, but the problem persists. Any idea how to solve it?
Thank you

Hi,

Are you sure that you don't remove the drive before RadiAnt is closed and the database properly closed?
Perhaps there is some issue with your USB drive? Did you try another one? Is there no problem when you import the studies to a database on your local hard drive?

Hello, Radiant team!
Have the same problem: after gettig DICOM-files from another device or downloading inside the RadiAnt database window, and choosing "copy files", DICOM files are copied inside the database folder, but they don't appear in the database window.
Help, please!

Did you try to create a new database in a different location, and re-import the studies?

Hello, Radiant team! Thank you!
It really helps when you are try to create a new database in a different location, and re-import the studies. Unfortunately it could be time consuming if you have a big database.
